Got some questions, well we have answers! Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.

  • What would happen if my pet was injured whilst in your care?
  • In the highly unlikely event of this happening we would take your pet directly to your vets to be seen to, However vet fees are the responsibility of the owner.

 

  • I am interested in your pet sitting packages, but there is not a package to suit my needs. Can I choose my own specific package?
  • Yes, thats is absolutely fine. If you tell us your requirements, we can give you a quote suited to your needs and get back to you with a price.

 

  • I only work part time and do not need my dog walking every day, can I book dog walking on a per day basis?
  • Yes. Our prices are worked out per day, and not in packages so this is absolutely fine.

 

  • My dog can be aggressive around other dogs, would you still consider walking my dog?
  • Yes, although your dog will have to have the one on one package, and must wear a GenCon Allin1 lead at all times during the walk. The GenCon will be provided by us during the walks.

 

  • If I need to cancel my pet sitting package, what is the procedure?
  • If the full price has been paid, you will receive 80% of the full price back. As stated at the time of booking we require a 20% non-refundable deposit for all pet sitting packages. Unless there is less that 48 hours befor the set sit is due to take place. In this case there would be no refund given.
